Seattle are the better roster and I would not be shocked if they win outright, because good teams find a way once the body clock catches up in the second half. But the number is the bet, not the winner. Expect a slow first quarter from the visitors, Washington to build a lead on early-down runs and short fields, and Seattle to come back into it late. A single-score game either way is the likeliest outcome, and that is enough for the home side against the spread.
